Evaluating Art: What's Your Favorite Movie?

CRA Description : 
This assignment asks students to explore a process by which criteria can be generated for evaluating a work of art, in this case a film. Students will, one, use critical thinking strategies to assess the criteria underlying their and their classmate’s personal preferences and, two, use their speaking and listening skills as they work collaboratively to develop a class consensus for identifying “greatness” in a movie.
